Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. Not soaking in the sink leads to oxidation.
It is not recommended to use the pan for: tomatoes, artichokes, lemon and foods with acidic connotations.
In case of oxidation, just scrape off the rusty part with the steel wool and it will be as good as new.
Can be used on all heat sources including induction.
